8:00 a.m. in the Chapel – Lottery Drawing

On Tuesday morning, sponsors will sign students up for ropes course activities during the week.  Sponsors will draw numbers to determine the order in which groups will sign up. The first round will be signups for the assigned ropes course Rec time. (You will know your assigned ropes course Rec. time when you get your newsletter on Monday night.) Whatever sponsor draws #1 will go first and will sign up one team worth of students. Then #2 will sign up one team worth of students. This will carry on until every church has had the opportunity to sign up one team of students. Then we will go back to #1. This will continue until every church has had the opportunity to sign up each of their teams. As soon as a church has signed up all their teams, they will be finished with this part of the sign-ups.

After sign-ups for the assigned ropes times have been completed, we will redraw numbers and will repeat the process for the remaining ropes course times during “Free Times”.  (These are times outside of Summit’s Rec times.)
