REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!

Before you get to clickin’ and a clackin’… Let’s go over a few things you’ll need to get your camper registered:

  • Camper Information - Name, addresses, phone numbers, emails… mostly things you’ll know.

  • Emergency Contact Information - Who should we contact in the case of emergency, discipline issues, or if someone just seems to get homesick… again, mostly things you will probably know.

  • Medical & Insurance Information - Doctors, primary care providers, employers insurance, CDIB cards, and any meds… if you have all this memorized, you’re doing better than us at life… But for the normals out there, it would be good to have this info ready before you start!

Throughout the form, you can always hit the “Save & Finish Later” button and you will be emailed a link to complete the form at a later time.

To get going with the registration process you need a few things. Here are the first steps!

  1. Register for a Username by CLICKING HERE!

  2. Get all your information together for registering your church, campers, sponsors, and recreation teams.

  3. Don’t worry if you don’t have all the information in #2 ready because you can save and continue at any point during your form!

Have questions?

  • All of our forms are based off the user who fills them out. When you fill out a form you give yourself the ability to login with your username and access any form you’ve filled out in the leader portal.

    So if you input all your kids who’ve signed up for camp and hit save/submit… All done! Right?

    Yeah… Right…

    THEN you have a last minute parent signup a kid… NO WORRIES, simply open the form you’ve already created and add them to the list and update your final number! EZPZ.

  • We acquired www.summitcampsregistration.com this past year to make signups fast and easy!

    Our registration system is robust and runs quite a few forms and users. We wanted to have it completely separate to make sure we can keep it fast, minimalistic, and easy to use!

  • We have made every effort to put ANY and ALL forms for camp online. We sought to have it all, from church registration, to camper signups, to even competitive recreation team signups. The aim was to make it easy and fast!

    However… There are a few forms that are required by campgrounds that have to be filled out on paper (we’re working on getting the campgrounds to allow us to fill them out online). Those forms are available for download on the Leader Portal.

  • YES!!!

    This was one of the most important things we focused on with registration. Making sure it’s easy and EDITABLE for you!

    Once you login to your unique user profile, you can start, save/submit, and edit any form in your leader portal. You can even outright delete a form and start over if you wish. It is about making the process easier on you!

  • We’re very guarded for our system! We review and approve every single user that registers with our registration system. We take security and privacy very seriously and don’t want the opportunity to be hacked or have information mistreated.

    You will receive an email when your user profile has been approved, then it’s time for you to get to work! If it has been over 2-3 days and you’re still not able to login, please contact us and we’ll get the ball rolling!
